Olivia Hides.

Liv grew up as an avid reader, initially feasting on Young Adult fantasy, then graduating to trashy airport mysteries.

In 2020, she completed her Master of Creative Writing, Publishing & Editing at The University of Melbourne, including her minor thesis, ‘What is Said and Unsaid: Dramatic subtext in contemporary coming-of-age films’. Liv also holds a Bachelor of Environments from the same university, majoring in Environmental Geographies, Politics and Cultures.

Liv has been volunteering with 3RRR on the Sunday science program ‘Einstein A Go Go’ since she was a teenager. She runs the show’s Twitter account and panels every blue moon.

Currently, Liv works as a freelance writer, editor and producer for select clients, including menswear retailer PRGRSS Store. Previously, she was the Assistant Editor at The Local Project.
